Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
